For clients utilizing our On-Premise deployment, Horaxis does not have access to, nor do we store, any of your ERP or production data. All processing occurs within your firewall.

2. Information We Collect (Website)

On our marketing site, we collect minimal information required to facilitate business inquiries:

  • Contact information (Name, Work Email, Company)
  • ERP Technical Specifications (for Pilot readiness)
  • Anonymous analytics to improve site performance

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed strictly to provide the Horaxis Enterprise services and ensure the security and reliability of the platform. For on-premise deployments, all ML model training occurs within your own infrastructure using your data exclusively.
