Horaxis Enterprise is deployed on-premise within your private infrastructure. This architecture means your ERP and production data never leaves your network, eliminating the need for traditional Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) or cross-border data transfer agreements.

1. On-Premise Deployment Model

Horaxis Enterprise is delivered as a Docker Compose stack that runs entirely within your own data center or private cloud. All ERP data, ML model training, supplier analytics, and audit logs remain within your firewall. Horaxis does not have access to, nor do we store, any of your operational data.

2. Why a Traditional DPA Is Not Required

A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is typically required when a vendor processes personal or business data on the customer's behalf. Because Horaxis Enterprise runs on your infrastructure:

• No data transfer: Your ERP data stays within your network at all times.
• No third-party processing: Horaxis does not access, store, or process your operational data.
• Customer-controlled: You maintain full governance over data retention, access, and deletion policies.

3. What Horaxis Does Receive

The only data Horaxis processes relates to this marketing website:

• Contact form submissions (Name, Email, Company, ERP type) for sales inquiries
• Google Analytics data for site performance monitoring

This website data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Technical Safeguards

Within your on-premise deployment, Horaxis Enterprise implements:

• Encryption: AES-128 (Fernet) for ERP credentials at rest; TLS 1.2+ for all connections.
• Access Control: Role-based access (RBAC) with MFA enforcement for administrators.
• Audit Logging: Full activity trail with configurable retention periods.

5. Compliance Responsibility

Because Horaxis Enterprise operates within your infrastructure, compliance with GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other frameworks is governed by your organization's existing policies. Horaxis provides architecture documentation and IT readiness guides to support your compliance reviews.
